Information on the collection of personal data

We provide you below with information on the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are all data which concern you personally e.g. name, address, email addresses, user behaviour.

When you contact us by email or using a contact form, the data provided by you (your email address, your name and telephone number, if applicable) are stored by us in order for us to answer your questions. We erase the resulting data in this context when storage is no longer required or we restrict the processing if legal obligations to keep and retain records exist. The legal basis is of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR or, if it serves the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR.

As part of the application process, we process the personal and professional data you provide solely for the purpose of assessing your interest in employment with our company, communicating with you and, if necessary, preparing an employment contract. Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. The legal basis for the processing of your application data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and paragraph 26 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act), which permit the processing of data for the fulfilment of (pre-)contractual obligations. Your application data will be deleted after completion of the application process, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it or you have explicitly consented to your data being stored for longer.

If we have recourse to the resources of engaged service providers for individual functions of our website or wish to use your data for advertising purposes, you shall be informed of this in detail below. We also state the criteria determined for the storage period.

Collection of personal data when visiting our website
