Guillaume Bazetoux becomes CFO of ELG Group

As of February 1, 2022, Guillaume Bazetoux will join the ELG Group as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Mathias Rist.

Mr. Bazetoux has close to 35 years of experience in leading roles in finance and project management and has been Aperam’s Head of Finance since the creation of the Group early 2011. In this role he established the structures and processes for Finance and helped Aperam in its Leadership Journey to strengthen its competitive position. Most recently, he has been a key actor in the acquisition of ELG by Aperam. With his broad knowledge he will help to integrate ELG into Aperam and deliver value quickly.

Mathias Rist will become CFO of Aperam Stainless Europe. In addition to his CFO functions inside Aperam Stainless Europe he will focus on the ELG Integration into Aperam as Head of Integration together with Guillaume Bazetoux.
