ELG GmbH, the holding company headquartered in Duisburg, Germany, manages domestic and foreign subsidiaries in 20 countries and is looking for a Project Manager ERP (m/w/d) to start on the earliest possible date.
Your main responsibilities:
- Project management in core implementation and rollout projects within a global ERP Program
- Ensure successful and efficient execution of complex international ERP projects based on early technology adoption
- Functional lead of IT project team members
- Close collaboration and support of project leads Business and IT
- Prepare and execute virtual roadshows as part of change management
- Budget planning and control
- Resource planning in close alignment with parallel transformation initiatives
- Status tracking and reporting to Decision Board
- Risk management and derivation of mitigation measures
- Manage and monitor external system integrators in design and implementation of the solutions
- Quality management for the solutions and the respective documentation
- Support in developing training content and strategies
- Validate change requests in a global template environment in close collaboration with IT Solution Architects and Business Process Owners
- Define interfaces to local applications by adhering to Enterprise Architecture Integration principles
- Integrate master data governance as core foundation
- Develop Application Maintenance and Support requirements and align resulting activities with internal and external support organization
Your profile:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Engineering or related area or comparable work experience
- Minimum 5 years work experience in ERP project management on user or consultancy side with focus on ERP introduction and migration from legacy
- Track record of successful ERP implementations as responsible project manager in multi-site global corporations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Senior project management skills in classical and agile methods
- Stakeholder-adequate and effective communication skills
- Expert knowledge in ERP processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps
- Very good process engineering skills and experience, ideally tool experience in Signavio
- High motivation to become acquainted with new topics and job requirements
- High sense of responsibility and high degree of autonomous work
- High degree of personal initiative, flexibility, commitment, and thorough working style
